How we do this:

  • Individual and group sessions, both live and on Zoom 
to teach you the essential principles and best practices of Tai Chi and Qigong, to avoid developing bad habits from less effective techniques 
  • Instructional videos, manuals, course content, and articles 
in the proven therapeutic effectiveness of Tai Chi and Qigong for physical, mental, and emotional health.  
  • Two Zoom calls each week 
where we will answer your questions, review your movements, give you personalized feedback, to keep you on track and speed up your progress
