Wellness Through Tai Chi

Wellness is having the energy to participate and enjoy every aspect of one's life.

Tai Chi is a martial art form of Qigong practiced slowly and evenly for its wonderful wellness benefits. Qigong is the study and practice of nurturing your vital energy. Tai Chi and Qigong improve calmness of mind and relaxation of the body, correct posture, stability, centering, balance and coordination. They strengthen your body, calm your mind and emotions, and lift your spirit.

The goal of Wellness Through Tai Chi is to integrate western knowledge of fitness, health and wellness with the essential principles and practice of meditation, Qigong, and Tai Chi. We provide wellness through Tai Chi for optimal functioning and performance, and the prevention of illness and injury.

We offer in-depth and individualized instruction within small groups during weekdays, evenings and weekends in a retreat-like setting in Woodbridge , NJ .
